no movement

For the past 6 weeks or so theres been no change in my weight...but now i have the added incentive that if i can loose a stone in 5 months my dad will not cut his hair for the same length of time, the result should be dad with long hair(or a bit of a afro?)
so im giving this thing another kick!
yesterday i had 2 slices of rye bread with ham lettuice and cottage cheese for brekkie, with cranberry juice, a mint tea and a couple of spoonfuls of strawberry yoghurt.
lunch was a salad, with lettuice, sweetcorn,peas, rice, a little potato salad, colslaw, 4 or 5 crutons, some cheese ermmm not sure what else but it was yum and not too bad!
and for tea we have turkey stir fry, which was yum but i dont think i like butternut squash...but at least i tried it!
today i had a boiled egg, 1 slice of bacon and 2 slices of rye bread, i had a sweet onion ryvita as a snack, and for lunch ive had lamb mince and a dumpling and mash, which all together was about 450 calories. and really filled me up! suprisingly it was less cals than in some of the other things i could have picked(me and scott were being lazy and wernt sure what to have for lunch so got ready meals!) the other things im talking about are in the lighter chioce range!
anyway for tea i think ill have a quorn kiev(courtesy of mum and dad) some boiled potatos and veggies.
need to keep working on the proti0on size! and also water intake! will be easyer when im at work, i like to drink more so i get little breaks when i go to get a drink or when i need a wee! the more i drink the more i can skive! not sure if its the best incentive but it works!
