ive lost another 3 lbs! 3 more to go and im a quater of the way to my target!
i think im doing well, im still a couple of weeks ahead of my aim and im eating very healthily.
today ive had a small bowl of maple and peacan clusters with soya milk
2 slices of bread with ham and cream cheese on(lacto free but full fat i think)
and for my tea im going to have basmati rice falafel and veggies.
im even sitting with the leftover from ebonys tea(sausage and chips) infront of me and im not picking!
its very werid aswel i feel much mroe aware of my stomach and the things that are going on with it, i had a little bit more breakfast than normal the other day and i was full all day! and i can taste if things have more fat in than normal, like the lacto free cream cheese, it didnt taste nice like other low fat cream cheese i could taste it was full fat!
im not sure if ive lost any inches, i think i must have but ive got a size 20 pair of jeans i can almost fit into, i think they are a small 20, i seem to remember next amking things a little smaller than other shops and thats where i got these from. i need to fit in them comfortably(theyre just a tiny bit too tight but i can wear them!) really by next friday...wearing trousers that fall down whilst at work is not a good thing!
update again soon.....fingers crossed for loosing my first stone!
