I got my results back today, bloods were all normal. now the dr would like a stool sample in before 5 pm today(its gonna have to be tomorrow, i cannot poo on demand!!!!!)
ive also got some new tablets to get from the pharmacy to stop me feeling sick. im back to work tomorrow.
im going to nip to asda and get my prescription. i walked up to the drs and back for my ecersise today, scott missed the bus so i couldnt walk to emmas, and emma has to get some blood tests done so is dropping ebony off. i think tomorrow will be my rest day with work happenieng.
so far ive eaten
breakfast: chocolate and museli cereal bar. 2 glasses of water
Lunch: 2 linda mc cartney sausages 2 slices of bread and 2 potato croquets
tea: ???????
but ive not had any snacks today! i may have some popcorn after tea to keep me occupied!

One day down 364 to go!
Day one down. Im not sure if its down to what im eating or if its this random illness thats making me so tired. My body has been really hungry. And really tired! I get my blood tests back tomorrow. In hoping they will give me the answer to what is wrong with me. If not in not sure where we go. Ive been taking my sickness tablets. They dont seem to work all of the time. Anyway todays exersise was walking down to emmas and back and then to the sweet shop tonight with ebony. Just over a mile i think. Tomorrow im hoping to walk to emmas again maybe to drop ebony off and pick her up depending on how i feel. And also to the drs and back. Will update with how i get on!

The start!
my goal is to loose 4 stone in 1 year.
but im not starting off with such a huge task, no, my initial goal is to loose 2 stone by christmas. it somehow cleverly works out to 1 or 2 lbs a month, a healthy amount of weight to loose!
this is going to be my blog to keep track of how im doing, my weight and what im eating.
so i started on saturday, or at least thats when im taking it from, yesterday we went for a 50-55 min walk next to the sight for the gateshead flower show. i cant remember exactly what its called... maybe watergate forest park? anyway ebony really enjoyed it i think, they have some quite arty things like chairs and markers for the way your going. we do have some pictures on scotts phone, ill try to get them on the computer!
ive also decided id like to try yoga, and although it wont help with the weight loss, im hoping it will help to tone me up a bit!
so my food today *dum dum duuuurm*
breakfast: slim fast milkshake
lunch: im thinking a ham sandwich
tea: beef caserole with lots of veggies in it
im still trying to take the main elements from the GI diet and make them work for me. im swopping white carbs for brown...so brown bread, brown rice and pasta aswel. im also trying to not eat beef, although for things like caserole it does work the bestest!
other news!!!!
im starting to feel better although i have a cold at the moment. my stomach is making me feel like i want the be sick less.
ebony also has a cold and a nasty cough, but she seems to be doing alright, although tis a bit depressing that weve got colds in the middle of summer!
i think thats it for today.
