i weighted myself on saturday, looks like i have now only lost 1lb. which is better than nothing but no as good as i was hoping!ive also been feeling quite bloated, so i need to work on that aswel as my portion sizes.
Satrudays food:
breakfast- 1 egg scrambled with a splash of milk and 2 meat free sausages and probiotic yoghurt drink
Lunch-6 multigrain thins with cottage cheese, sweetcorn, regular hard cheese and ham....and a mini sausage roll.
Tea-breaded polock fillet(256 cal :-0 !!!) potato wedges with a tiny bit of cheese ad lots of veg
snack-1/3 bag of sweet popcorn and some icing from making barbie cakes....but no cake!
Sundays food:
Breakfast-2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of bread, and a probiotic yoghurt
Lunch-not too sure what ill be having yet so will update on that later!
Tea-meat free meat balls, plain mash(no butter or salt just a slash of milk) and veggies

Back on the Wagon
Right!
As the title suggests im jumping back on the blogging and diet wagon(after a bit of pushing from mum!)
i started properly on monday, weighing 16 stone.
mondays food:
Breakfast-Eggy bake 1 egg, a handful of veggies and a little cottage cheese and a probiotic yoghurt
Lunch-a handful of pasta, a handful of veggies 1/3 tin of tuna and a bit of phili light
Tea- 2 bread rolls one with ham and the other with ham and cottage cheese
Tuesdays food:
Breakfast- Eggy bake and a probiotic yoghurt
Lunch- Pasta,Veggies,Tuna and Phili Light
Tea- lots of veggies, cous cous a breaded plaice fillet and some cottage cheese
Wednesdays Food:
Breakfast-Eggy Bake and Probiotic yoghurt
Lunch-Pasta, veggies tuna and phili light
Tea- im not too sure, but i think i had a plaice fillet, and some veg and some left over cous cous...but im not sure.
Thursdays Food:
Breakfast- 2 Scrambled eggs, a little milk, and a slice of bread
Lunch- home made soup, and 2 slices of bread
Tea- a small JP with colsalaw and pizza...thin base, 4 slices of pepperoni, mushrooms, sweetcorn, onion, a little pancetta and a little bit of cheese, and of course tomato sauce, home made and not to big...base was half a pizza base mix!
Fridays Food:
Breakfast-scrambled egg with quorn pieces veggies and cottage cheese and probiotic yoghurt
Lunch-quorn pieces and veggies
Snack-ciabatta roll and ham and cottage cheese
Tea- 3 meat free sausages, veggies and a little bit of branston chunky pickle
Pudding- vanilla yoghurt.....half a big tub, becuse it needed eating up, and it was yummy! oh and a glass of white wine...1 a week i think is okay!
so i will wait to see what i weigh in the morning, currnetly ive lost 1 lb but ove the week its been up to 3 lbs....i think last nights tea spoilt that a bit tho.......but it was nice!
anyway i will try to update more often, i need to get back into the habbit! i think my aim next week will be to cut down on portion sizes!
